I don't use one of my numbers. Can I temporarily suspend the number but still reserve it as mine?

You can put a temporary hold on the number in question; however, you’re still obliged to pay the cost of a monthly plan. You can also reserve the number for a while. Just remember that this entails a daily cost of €0.50.

Binnen het nieuwe facturatiesysteem wordt u een ander klantnummer toegewezen. Ook de nummering van de facturen verandert. Zowel het nieuwe klantnummer als het factuurnummer staat links bovenaan.

Uw eigen gegevens en uw BTW-nummer worden eveneens in deze zone weergegeven, alsook de referenties die van toepassing zijn.

De laatste factuur die u ontvangt in de oude layout, beslaat een kortere periode en valt dus lager uit dan normaal. Beschouw het als een afsluitfactuur.
