- Tap on the circle top left, then on Account.
- Then tap on the Add an account and on Register.
- Enter your details. Your e-mail address will be your username.
- Choose a password of at least 8 characters long. It must contain at least 4 letters and at least 1 number.
- On the next page enter your mobile number under `Register a mobile number only’. Then follow the procedure.
- Open your e-mail program and tap on the link in the e-mail. Confirm your MyProximus login.
vvPlease note: this must be done within 14 days in order to keep your
account active. - No sign of your initials in the top left? Then wait 1 hour and carry out step 6 again.
- Open the MyProximus app and tap on the circle top left and then on Account. Then tap on Add account and enter your username and password.
Depending on your SIM card, the app will automatically show the usage and invoices* that are linked to your number. You will need to activate 4G or 5G for this (which means deactivating your Wi-Fi).
If you would also like to be able to consult your usage and invoices when your Wi-Fi is activated, then you will have to create an account:

Do you only use the MyProximus app to manage your work mobile phone contract? Then you can use certain app functionalities without creating an account.
Step 2: get started!
Step 1: open the app.

- Open the MyProximus app. Tap on the circle top left, then on Account.
- Then tap on the Add an account and on Register.
- Fill in your details. Your e-mail address will be your username.

entered for your existing account in order to make a new

Open the MyProximus app and tap on the circle top left and then on Account. Then tap on the Account of your choice.
Do you use the MyProximus app to manage your private contract(s) for Proximus services (e.g. internet, TV or mobile devices for other family members)? Then you will have to create an additional account* to manage the mobile phone contract via your employer with the MyProximus app.
