To be able to manage your work cellphone number too, and to be able to use all the functions of the app, we advise you to create an additional MyProximus account. You can do this using the round icon in the top-left corner of the app.

Make sure you create this second account using a different e-mail address such as your work e-mail address.

Your employer has assigned you the access privileges to purchase these cellphone options.
You are logged on to the MyProximus account linked to your work cellphone number.

You will only see your cellphone bills if you are logged in via the app to the MyProximus account linked to your work cellphone number. Find out how to see your bills via the app.

To be able to manage a mobile number from your employer and to use all the features of the app, we advise you to create an additional MyProximus account. You can use the app over Wi-Fi too. You can create an account using the round icon in the top-left corner of the app.

It is best to use your work e-mail to create this account.

Make your choice:

Have you reached your monthly data limit or do you need extra data when on holiday abroad? Using the MyProximus app, you can buy extra mobile data and roaming options yourself. You can buy these products if your employer has granted you ordering rights. The cost of the products you buy depends on the agreement you have with your employer. Our demo video contains a
step-by-step guide.

Via the MyProximus app, you can easily monitor mobile subscription usage in detail through your employer. At a glance, you can see how much data, call and text volume you have already used in that month. That way, you avoid any surprises.

Do you want to receive a digital bill via PDF instead of a paper one and get a reminder by text? Or change the e-mail address where you receive your bill? You can do this via the app too.

Remember that you can only see and manage your bills if you and your employer share the cost of your cellphone and data usage.

You can easily view and download your bills in the MyProximus app. Once a new bill is available, it becomes visible in the app and you can pay it via Bancontant . You can also view and download all bills from the past 12 months.
